"I’ve been a customer at Dig for many years and never had an issue. At this location I discovered a metal wire in my Carrots. I luckily did not ingest it, but was shocked it was in my food. Customer service was unhelpful and difficult to deal with, and I am no longer a customer at Dig. I’m disappointed as I’ve turned to Dig for my lunch consistently for the last 2 years. There are many great options nearby such as CAVA."

"Started working in Midtown last week so I'm making my rounds to all the local spots to see where my go-to lunch spot will be. There can only be one. I get a $20 stipend a day too so it's about to get ugly!! Initial impression of DIG is that I've never seen so many men in white or light blue button downs, slacks, dress shoes, and all with the same haircut and just same energy in general. I am in the finance bro capital of the world though so I should have expected it. The only other thing I will say is the older I get the more I appreciate individuality. The food is clean with quality ingredients, it genuinely reminds me of a home cooked meal as opposed to the volume cooking most of these other fast casual restaurants use. I went with a chicken bowl with Farro, Kale Salad, Sweet Potatoes, and Chicken. These sweet potatoes bro.............. my goodness. My coworker and I were bonding over this, they are perfectly charred on the outside, but soft and easy to bite through on the inside. They are the PERFECT sweet potato. DIG high stepping to the endzone for this $20 stipend...."
