"This was one of the things in my daughter’s bucket list. She was all excited but as soon as she had a first bite her reaction was- This is the first and last time- Honestly speaking, other than the food everything is 5 star. Best part of this restaurant is the DJ. She is so good. Music was the centre of attraction. Staff also is very friendly and polite. Extremely busy place. Chicken is tasteless and the sauce is very salty. It’s my personal opinion. I return for me."
"Overall the experience was great. The place was packed (as it should be), but was still able to find a table. The staff were very attentive in keeping the place clean. The serving staff were very cheerful despite the unwavering crowd. The food was very delicious. Loved the fries, dip, and toast; went well with the tenders. And how could I forget the "dad" DJ providing the entertainment!"
"Overall, I’d give this place a very solid 9.75/10. The food was great, the wait time was a little long but that was expected because it’s Times Square, but even for the wait time, the food was worth it. The chicken was mostly chicken rather than 50/50 with bread which I loved, and their famous sauce was delicious. The only issue I had was with the table we found which was very unstable and was tipping left and right depending on where our arms were (thus the slight point deduction) but all of the other tables seemed fine so we just got unlucky. Anyways, for my first time at raising canes, 9.75/10, would definitely recommend."
"Raising Cane's in Times Square offers a fantastic dining experience! The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of one of New York City's most iconic areas. The food is absolutely delicious. The chicken fingers are crispy, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The Cane's Sauce is the perfect complement, adding a unique and flavorful touch to every bite. The sides, especially the crinkle-cut fries and Texas toast, are consistently fresh and tasty. The service is quick and friendly, even during busy times. The staff is efficient and ensures that orders are accurate and promptly served. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant atmosphere for a quick meal. Overall, Raising Cane's in Times Square is a top-notch spot for anyone craving quality chicken fingers. Highly recommended for both locals and visitors looking for a satisfying and delicious meal!"
"Couldn’t go to Times Square without visiting the Raising Cane’s flagship store. I went here on a weekday for breakfast to avoid the crowd and lines. Had the place pretty much to myself which was cool. It gave me the opportunity to walk around and enjoy all the different decor—which I applaud them for—excellent job! Service was quick and staff was friendly. I thought the chicken was plump and juicy. The breading was not heavy, but lacked seasoning. I liked it better than other places. The thin, crinkle-cut fries were crispy and not greasy. These were the star of the combo in my opinion. Texas toast was unnecessary and tasteless. However, the biggest disappointment was the sauce. It had a peppery, southwestern taste to it which I did not care for. Overall, it was good, but I would not wait in line for it like most people are in my area for the country."
