"We're unable to fix my phone, after 1 week I came back, they said come back 1 more week, nothing. Unable to repair. I came back to pick up my phone 3 times and they did not have it ready. It's taken apart. Today over 1 month and 1 week later I am here to pick up my phone again and it's not put together still and I have to wait 20 minutes. This is ridiculous. Not recommend for big items but if you need a case, ok. They said it would be 1 week, I did not know it was going be 5 weeks and an extra 20 minutes of standing around to even get my phone back and refund."

"I’m so happy and excited, with the service that I have received at “I Fix All”!! The customer service is impeccable, not to mention my needs were met. I’m not a Technology savvy person. So I’m not very good at explaining what some of my issues are with my mobile devices. But Hitler knew the right questions to ask which made it a whole lot easier to identify and troubleshoot my situation with my mobile device. Not mention the fact that he is bilingual, really helps a lot because there’s some words they were much easier for me to pronounce in Spanish when it came down to explaining what is going on with my mobile device!!
