"Very poor customer service. My uncle just wanted to the washroom, he also had the best buy customer card, the staffs there kept on rounding him for like 10 mins. Just to use a washroom they gave him a very hard time . They were preoccupied with their phones and weren't even completing their work. All I'm going to say is that you guys need to treat customers fairly and with respect. On the other hand, the management did nothing about my circumstances. Despite being a member of Best Buy for almost six years, my uncle has never encountered anything like this. The personnel responsible for overseeing the restroom needed to develop their interpersonal and communication skills. My uncle had to go through a lot just to use the restroom."

"My car was set on fire in front of their business on June 1st 2023 and the employees deliberately turned off the cameras to run an insurance scam for $6,000 with their towing company Even Harder Automotives, who is also affiliated with CBC towing in the Bronx , NY. It amazes me that all 4 cameras pointed at my car go out the moment my car was set on the fire.The police and fire Marshall are calling it suspicious and believe the cameras were deliberately pulled by someone who works here. This is considered a felony arson and those involved will be persecuted. Please be aware of this business and do not park in their parking lots."
