"Len Harris saved Thanksgiving! I had ordered a refrigerator directly from the manufacturer in September and after their logistics company cancelled on us 7 times I found myself about to host thanksgiving without a fridge suited to the task. I called Len Harris on Tuesday. Jonathan let me know that my model was in stock and also let me know other less expensive versions were in stock too. He sent me the spec sheets and I was able to place the order by phone. Just over 24 hours later the refrigerator was already installed in my kitchen ready for the holiday! I am so amazed at how quick and easy the process was. I didn’t even have to go to the showroom and they made sure I got my appliance the very next day. Highly recommended!!"

"Cant stand this company. Your not saving anything either. Also terrible customer service. I wish my dad will stop ordering from there. My dad is too lazy to use the computer so its easy for him to just call them. The owner is an arrogant gaslighter that always has an answer for everything and he makes things up just to be always right. My dad ordered a piggy back washer dryer. they did not disclose that installation was a separate service. so i was stuck for weeks waiting for my plumber to install the units. It also has a dent on the washer. Second we ordered a samsung tv that was programmed to pc mode not hdmi 1 or hdmi 2. Of course len harris blamed that on the warehouse. Spectrum cable had a hard time hooking up my cable bc of that mishap. Thirdly my dad orders 2 ac units. One of the delivery guys dropped the ac unit and my tenant and myself got so scared. The delivery guy would nt let us check the ac unit for damages. They just stormed out of here. Before that my dad gave the guy a tip to remove an old ac. While removing the old ac the delivery guys ruined my comforter. I made many complaints to len harris and their customer service is awful. He always has to be right. No partial discount for my troubles. He is arrogant, manipulative and a gaslighter. I guarantee he will reply to this with some made up defense on his part."

"We had a great experience purchasing our new washer and dryer from Len Harris. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful in checking inventory and getting us all the parts necessary. Delivery and installation was very smooth as was the haul away of old machines. Prices are competitive and got my machines delivered within a week."
