"Shumacher used to be a great appliace store. In the last 5 years or so, they have gone down hill. Purchased a Friedrich AC that died after 5 years, called them & they told us "well you should have bought an American made machine" - but why didnt you as the Appliance advisor suggest we buy American 5 years ago? Now this machine was over $500 and it doesnt work and now we have to buy a new "American made" machine for $1000.00 when we could have just done that 5 years ago? Also purchased a washing machine from them - never installed properly with a hot water connection, had to call a repair man to fix it which cost $200 and then when I called them to see what they could do to help because the machine is defective - they BLAMED me the customer for not realizing sooner that the machine was defective and told me I made a mistake by calling a repair man. Very rude, horrible customer service and I do not know any other professional who blames the customer for a defective machine. We will never buy from Schumacher again. If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT buy from them!"

Got the 4 stainless appliances requested. All delivered timely in the age of COVID. Will most definitely use them again and recommend them to others."
"Amazing customer service and prices! I called Schumacher Appliance during a heatwave because our window A/C stopped working. After sending pictures to Nate of our current set-up, he let me know that since we had a wall sleeve, we should not be using a window unit and he sent me options for models that would match our sleeve and outlet requirements. The pricing was extremely competitive and the delivery was quick and easy. I definitely recommend Schumacher for any appliance needs!"
"I have bought all my appliances from Schumacher in Glendale for many, many years. Their advice, expertise, and service has always been stellar. If they don't stock it, they will get the exact model I want(I read Consumer Reports) in a day or two. Their prices beat the big box stores consistently, too. That may be hard to believe, but it's true. It's alway a win-win purchase when I call Larry at Schumacher. I will miss Tony, his Dad, who worked with his son there for many years."
