"This is a quite large store, fully stocked with everything you could possibly think of appliance and tech wise. I had traveled here from the North West Bronx to pick up a Motorola Razr, so like a world away. Anyways, after my two hour trek I thought I had lost my ID so I wouldn't be able to pick it up. Fortunately I was able to find my ID and the manager was able to work with me on it. Great staff."

"This place was horrible will never come in there again first it was horrible to get into them when I finally get in there the workers were so slow to help. I waited 25 mins for a worker to help me and he was rude with me. When I finally get on the line it's another 25 min wait there was 2 cashiers there was a pick up line that was moving quickly but one of the cashiers decided to walk away to the pick up line to help them while customers were on the line way longer then the pick up line.. making the line a longer wait. Do not go to this best buy horrible experience"

"I did many research but no one was able to beat the price,so ordered today morning online and pick up in the store the Black Friday deal. Can’t be happier! The guy was so helpful he helped us to bring and take to the car the product. Thank you, great store we only had hard time with the parking garage but the end we figured it out!"

"The kid Steven, computers sales rep got a 5 star. I paid $179 for geek squad support and they didn't want to download the Microsoft which I paid additional $70. The warranty from the manufacturer, is so much cheaper plus they were unprofessional. They ignored me for 10 minutes while they, 'Asian lady and Asian guy' leaning on top of my new computer. When I complained to the Asian geek, he argued with me. When I told them please do not lean on my purchase, he argued with me stating the box is strong. I paid a lot of money!! Then he said, won't be ready until the next day. I left livid. The worst SMH!! If my old laptop didn't break down, I wouldn't have bought it at Flushing. When I went home to try downloading Microsoft, it took me about three hours and still didn't work because the instructions the geek squad gave me were incorrect. I should have paid directly from Microsoft which wasn't over priced."

"This is my number one favorite store in general. This was the second time I went to this location ans didn't realize that you don't have any signal once you get into the parking lot. You would have to use the wifi from best buy if you want to use your phone. The employees were nice: instantly greeting me, helping me with what i wanted so I could leave the store quickly."
