I personally love Farsi, as well as the many other languages they speak to help all their customers. I have been a client customer since 2014 and I have never had issues or lack of accommodation with these guys. "My iphone broke, my husband bought me a used iPhone 6 for $200. Looked good , cosmetically excellent condition, from day one the phone screen would randomly start scrambling , the text messages would only send half the time and not in order, it would drop a call, I could go on and on but I won't. My husband took it back to the store informed the very polite young man what was going on and DID NOT ask for a refund but for at least store credit because the phone was no good . He spent a good 15 minutes checking it out and said there is absolutely nothing wrong with the phone and refused to take it back. So if there's nothing wrong with the phone take it back and sell it to someone else , and issue a credit. I am out of 200 bucks but I have a good looking phone that doesn't work for crap that's going to sit in my drawer because I will not resell it to somebody Knowing it doesn't work. I have been to this place before for small things and they're always super nice and very informative, but this was crap customer service. $200 is a lot of money, exactly what it cost to replace my phone at the Apple store. Beware before you buy a used phone from this place."
