"I WOULD HAVE LEFT NO STARS, BUT I HAD TO LEAVE ONE TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW. The first fitting was horrendous, and the sizes between manufacturers varied signifigantly, so I had to re-order. They sent 2 sizes to try and one was good. I requested unhemmed slacks. After 4 1/2 months I finally got what I didn't order in, the slacks were all hemmed. The communication was terrible, they did not answer emails, return call, or even visit the work site long enough to effectively work with our labor force. The previous time a lady from the uniform company had an emotional support dog and was arguing with some of the drivers, when she wasn't outside decompressing. It was very unprofessional. This time I didn't even see them as they didn't stay late enough for my shift to meet up with them. I HONESTLY SEE NO REASON TO VOLUNTARILY DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT. THEY RELY ON CONTRACTS AWARDED TO THE LOWEST BIDDER, AND THEY HAVE THE SERVICE TO MATCH."

"I have to say the people who work there are usually nice but I can honestly say this is the WORST run business I have ever worked with. Just by this statement you might think I am exaggerating, I promise I am not. If you are buying something in store, you're probably fine (if they have product in stock). BUT if you need to order anything OR need to handle something over the phone FORGET IT! Something may arrive a year or so later but, most likely it will not be what you ordered. We will often sit around the briefing table and trade United Uniform stories. They would be funny if they weren't actually true."
