"I needed to return a few bulbs that ended up being the wrong size. After going through the RMA process and mailing back the bulbs- Topbulb has failed to refund back the owed amount. It's been over a month- and since we shipped the bulbs they have not responded to any of our emails or voicemails that we've left. Terrible customer service and incredibly shady- buyer beware- stay away."
