"Horrible customer service! They can’t get one dollar from me! Walked in asked about a sink the guy pointed in the direction. Couldn’t get any help with questions about the sink I wanted and I guess as a single female I was going to get it off the shelf carry it out alone . My second time there I thought maybe the 1st time was just a bad day but I guess that’s the norm there"

"Was always my go to spot for everyday construction materials at fantastic pricing. Staff is always helpful and amazing and they really make the store a great place to shop! Unfortunately their Corporate office decided that each of their stores should now be generic and only carry big ticket items that most people only buy once in a blue moon for major remodels. In doing so, they lost a huge share of the neighborhood market from everyday landlords like myself needing simple things like paint, drywall and hardware. I would rather spend money in my own neighborhood instead of travelling all the way to Depot to get these things. Thank God for Dibbles across the street-they still realize the value in carrying a large variety of items for older homes that you just cant get at the big box stores. Shame on you Corporate America!!!"

"I give this store a great rating due to always being friendly and helpful I was referred by a friend of mine who spends alot of money at this store so I did the same bought kitchen cabinets and granite counters entry doors flooring and everyone loves my kitchen when they see it. the manager even helped me plan and design the kitchen with the correct sizes and everything fit perfectly and I have a deluxe kitchen at an affordable price with this happy experience I went to another location to purchase solid hardwood flooring you know the 3/4" inch thick planks the real stuff well I was assured it was durable and after having it installed for a month it sure wasn't living up to its standards but because that location did however help ease my mind about the longevity by issuing a credit toward the flooring which totally made it justifiable since the floors were already installed and couldn't be undone and also made an effort to work with the manufacturer with the fact that the store made this situation right out of something wrong I left a happy customer and I will be back when it's time to redo the bathrooms I have on the to do list"
