"I placed an order online yesterday and set up delivery for 6 pm today. After waiting for a half hour I finally called to find out why they hadn’t arrived, only to be told that the girl who took my order yesterday- Aliyah- has “only been here 5 days” and mistakenly set up my delivery for after they close. I understand that she’s new and all, but I don’t understand why they would have someone so new handling orders when she’s clearly not ready to. I’m EXTREMELY upset as I absolutely needed this washer and dryer to be delivered TODAY and now I’m stuck scrambling to find anywhere else that will deliver appliances quickly. I warn everyone to consider going to a different location rather than this one."
