"Spoke to John regarding scheduling an appointment. The conversation was not a pleasant one. Actually, it became very hostile. Apparently John was offended we had contacted another company before calling him to inquire about their scheduling time frames (we needed someone to come out asap)? NO appointment was made with anyone and that was communicated to John. Pretty normal course of business, we thought. John got extremely rude and nasty? Refused to provide the time frames and went off on a tantrum about how people messes up his schedule calling others? At which point we thanked him for his time and disconnected the call. John should not be a client facing individual. Not a good representation of the good work I've heard this company offers. I will never contact them again. Respect for others is a must!"
