"He is not closed .... and this service person is always pleasant and efficient. I would not hesitate to call him again as well as refer him to others."
"Good guy..good timely service.. good price. Fixed dryer with no heat. Give Mike a call"
"The man who fixed our dryer was honest and took his time while repairing it. The dryer went from having no heat and making a weird squeaking noise to absolute silence and well-working heat! Thank you so much!"
"They were a half hour late getting to our house. Of course the part was not making the noise that it has been the day before. He could not figure out what it could be. I am not upset about that. I am upset that he was a half out late and still charged us over $50 for 20 minutes of time."
"I called this company to repair my Whirlpool Duet washing machine that I purchased from Orville’s in 2013. I was told by Mike that performing this repair required a part that he thought was discontinued and that I would need a completely new washing machine as repair was not possible. I called Whirlpool Technical Support myself to verify what Mike told me and was told that based on the error code that was flashing on the front display, repair was indeed possible and they actively stock what I needed. Mike’s paper receipt said “Washer needs new user interface panel, part is no longer available” but I ended up needing a new Motor Control Unit (MCU) according to Whirlpool Tech Support. I ordered the correct part from Sears and installed it in 15 minutes, the washer now works again. This leads me to believe that he didn’t even call Whirlpool Tech support and arbitrarily picked a reason to not do his job properly yet still charge me $86 in “labor.” I called and asked for a refund as it is clear that this man is not capable of working on modern washing machines and cannot even accurately troubleshoot what the problem is. Do not use this company for modern appliances, you will find yourself stuck with a bill and your appliance will still need repair. It’s pretty pathetic that someone who doesn’t do this type of stuff for a living can call a 1-800 number, watch a YouTube video, and do something that an “experienced” person could not."
