"The Management "Mary" at this location told us that the delivery was on the way more than once. We called and she said "The delivery will he there in 20 min" 3 seperate times during the hours 3 we waited for a 4pm-pm5 delivery. Finally at 6pm Mary tells us that the application wasn't approved.Thanks for being dishonest and wasting our time.When I called to complain about it Tierra the person who declined the application was very rude.I'm gonna complain to corporate.All they had to do is be up front and tell us that they were still reviewing the application. Instead they pretended that the delivery was on the way. What they don't know is that their error possibly caused a disadvantaged person to lose out on a housing opportunity."
