"I repeatedly mail items from this location since I work a couple of blocks away and they are always friendly and helpful."
"This was my 2nd trip here this week.. great experiences. Friendly gal behind the counter, quick service. Thank You!"
"They lost my package and I've been trying to call to see if it ended up at this branch. Been calling for 20 minutes straight and I get a busy signal every time. I've had to call back over 40 times because apparently they don't have call waiting or anything so I have to keep calling to see if the line is clear. Seriously? Even my great-grandmother has call waiting."
"Very unethusiatic front desk. If it wasn't their job to work, and assist customers, they wouldn't do it. Unwilling to do anything beyond the bare minimum. I come here twice a month, and every time it's as if I'm an inconvenience as their customer. A.) Beyond the job, your attitude is most likely the cause of your misery, not a result. B.) Friendly customer service will go a long way. C.) Soon enough you will be replaced with automation and a kiosk. Never been so consistently annoyed by a post office interaction."
"I stop at this post office once a week. There is one woman in her fifties or sixties that works there that has no consideration for customers. She is rude, passive aggressive, and moves very slowly - and seems to do so intentionally with a chip on her shoulder towards everyone in line. I have stood in lines 20 + minutes long with lots of folks clearly in a hurry and she won't adjust her pace to help move the line along. It's like nails on a chalk board standing there. She appears healthy and perfectly capable but moves so slowly people in line begin gawking, moaning, mourning the loss of their lunch break to run an errand. The rest of the employees are pleasant and helpful, but I recently had an experience with her that was so miserable I had to write a review. She was so rude to me I was shocked and at a loss for words. Other fine, hard working people should be given a chance to enjoy her paycheck and benefits."
