"Not even 1 star, I had to Notarize 4 documents and they charged me $60. AAA does it for $5. Greg who was very rude to us and felt like he is doing favor for us."

"I ran into this UPS store to mail a quick package. I was never in that store before. I was not familiar with their specific customer lines. The signs were not very helpful. When I got to the register, I told the staff person that I didn't tape the box because I didn't know if they needed to view it. An elderly employee with the name tag of Gregg, rudely replied that he doesn't "inspect" packages and rolled his eyes. I asked him if he was alright today because he seems like he is having a bad day. He replied by telling me that he is not alright and feels like he is going to faint. I was concerned for his well being and asked if he needed a break. I advised him that I will contact his superiors and report what was happening at this store. Employees worked until the verge of "fainting". Gregg sarcastic in a condescending tone... told me not to bother. 2 star review because they mailed my package and provided me with a receipt."

"the gentleman that waited on me was very friendly and helpful. He seemed to go out of his way to do his job. I can't make it back to that UPS store because I no longer drive. But was very good to see my packages arrive as was told me. thank you"
