"One of my Amazon returns was difficult to disassemble, E'monee was amazing, he helped me take it apart and have it fit in the original box perfectly so that it could be shipped back without any issues. I cannot thank him enough for taking time out of his busy day to help me. I will continue to use this UPS location for my packages and returns and I highly recommend everyone else do the same."

"I wish I could write multiple reviews for each employee. So I’ll have to Stick to the 2 stars. First off let me start off by saying Emonee is excellent. He is super friendly, and down to earth. I’ve been making multiple returns to this location from baby gifts I’ve received that I didn’t need for my newborn. He made it super easy to make all the returns. Definitely a 10/10 employee. He gets 5 stars. I returned items with Dane twice. When I first enter the store he gave me a very happy greeting. When I told him I had several returns his whole demeanor changed. He was rude, and judgemental. When I pulled up a Whole Foods QR code he frustratingly informed me that it was Whole Foods. Why react that way? It’s just a code! One less thing for you to bag up and slap a sticker on. I get that some people have bad days, but this is the second occurrence with him where he has been rude. It makes me not want to come to this location anymore. 0/5 stars for those experiences."

"Dane was very kind and quick working. His gentle demeanor and soft spoken words gave me confidence that my package would arrive on time at my Grandchildren’s house! He even commented how nice my gifts were!!"

"I visited this UPS store several times since they first opened a few years ago, mostly to do Amazon returns. Today I have quite a few of returns. One of the employees that helped me, Seth, kept on being friendly, patient, polite and helpful the whole time. I will definitely be back."
