"Lovely Cathedral Style church service is smoothed"
"Beautiful old-ish Catholic church. Very tasteful decor. Just enough but not to much of everything religious related. Fr. Nick the Pastor is a great guy and an excellent minister. Fr. DiNardo (Larry) is great also. Father DiNardo was recently named a Monsignor by the Pope! The music ministry is also very good here. As a lifelong Catholic I have to say Mass is enjoyable. You can follow all the mass readings in the book in front of you. Same book for music also. The hymn book page numbers are shown on 2 plaques you can easily see. I randomly found this place after almost loosing my life in a motorcycle accident. Fortunately I walked in one day! To say it was an amazing blessing would not be an understatement! Thank you with all my heart to Christ Our Savior Parrish and Saint Peter's church!"
"Visiting the Saint Peter Catholic Church of Christ Our Savior Parish is like stepping into one of the most beautiful churches on the North Side. It is illuminated throughout the year, as if the Almighty God's grace grants it a special light that reflects on its stunning stained glass windows. This historic church is a place for worshipping the Eucharist, celebrating Mass, and meditating in silence. In the past, one could find solace in being alone with God and detaching from the world, outside of the scheduled Masses. However, it is unfortunate that the church is no longer kept open as before. Nonetheless, it still deserves all the praise it receives. The beauty and grandeur of Saint Peter Catholic Church are undeniable. The moment you enter, you are captivated by the intricate details of the architecture and the ethereal glow of the stained glass that tells the story of faith. It is impossible not to feel a sense of reverence and awe within these sacred walls. The church's historical significance adds to its allure. It stands as a testament to the enduring presence of faith in our community. The moments spent in meditation and worship within this sanctuary are truly cherished. Saint Peter Catholic Church of Christ Our Savior Parish is an opportunity to witness one of the most breathtaking churches on the North Side. Its illuminated beauty and historical significance make it a place of worship, contemplation, and silent adoration. Though the limited access has changed the experience, it remains a cherished destination worth experiencing for its spiritual essence."
"Beautiful church, and a historic landmark!"
"I appreciate architecture & walked into this beautiful church to take pictures. I was greeted by the most welcoming friar Dam Nguyen who told me about the churches history and some of the current projects to beautify the church. Very peaceful place for worshippers to practice their faith & a great place to visit for anyone who appreciates history & architecture."
