"Can't get any answers on a package that I took to the pidt ofgice on June 14. It was a pre-paid lable from ebay. Their tracking says waiting for package"
"Their phone number that’s listed online google, online, AND provided to me by USPS corporate customer service is disconnected. Apparently it’s been out of service for quite some time. I’ve been trying to find out the status of a package that has been sitting here for 6 days now with the tracking info showing as “preparing for delivery”?? I leave work early, fight through 55 minutes of traffic to rush down here and inquire about said package. Their hours posted on google state they close at 6:00pm. I arrive at 5:39 pm. Can’t find the customer service entrance bc it’s not marked correctly and there is no signage indicating anything, at all! I finally hunt down an employee and ask where to go. He points me in the direction. I feel relief, momentarily, as I think to myself, finally. I pull on the door… locked. Taped to the window is a piece of cardboard with writing that says they are open from 10-6. Look, I get it. Things change. That said, it’s 2024 and countless studies show that most businesses, organizations, schools, parks, you name; the majority of people search google and google maps. I’m an Apple user. I don’t like Android devices and really am not a fan of the software. With one exception: Google Maps! I rely on it religiously. USPS is a quasi-government agency, and have been repairing their image and reputation. So, why does this location not have an accurate phone #? The wrong hours? AND the wrong address (customer entrance address at least)?? This is truly one of the simplest things to update. In fact, Google requires businesses to update their information on a pretty regular time line. As a SBO, getting verified by Google was a small amount of work, but maintaining my holiday hours, and operational hours is a simple 5 min task. Considering that this Hub employs a substantial # of employees, and likely has inconceivable amounts of mail moving through I don’t understand why so many others on here have been complaining about the phone issue, and I’m reporting that it’s even more than that. Please, USPS, fix this. Update your info, have correct information for the public, provide some customer service and watch your rating & reputation improve dramatically. I’m quite frustrated that I requested to leave early, drove all this way (idk why my package is even here when i live 35-40 mins away), wasted 2 hours, gas, and an excuse to leave work all for naught. It’s life, and the world isn’t ending. But my God, USPS, these are small tasks. It’s worrisome that such little things like this can’t be trusted but we send valuables and important items through you, trusting your competency? I’ll be back tomorrow, likely a little less friendly, to ascertain as to why you’re holding my package hostage, and cannot update public information. Maybe I’ll get both my package and answers … lmfao"
"Pick up the phone my goodness this place is horrible I've been calling for a week and finally got someone I went to pick up my mail and they had a lot people wk well aleast that day . Pick on the phone that's it"
"I don’t think they know what a phone is or how to answer it? Answering the phone would be nice but I guess it’s a mailing facility so they’re not good with phones."
"I have a package that they won’t update the shipping on. It’s just sitting there and they won’t pick up the phone so I can get answers. They’re horrible ."
