"As others have said, the water is highly chlorinated and there seems to be water line breaks more often than not. 2 lines burst in our front yard in the summer of 2019, the crew was friendly and showed up to repair it quickly, however they were loud and rowdy and did not restore the yard or fox the damage to the drive way. I have been calling 3x a year since 2019 and have sent photos of the damage and I am told their note show that they topsoiled it but I will be put on the list for restoration. It has been 4 years and our drive way and yard have still not been repaired in spite of many requests."

"The tap water smells like chlorine and death mingled. I have contacted customer service, very nice people, but offered no consolation. Showering in it smells like a public pool and drinking it is difficult. I've had far superior water from far more resource-strapped municipalities. Shameful."
