Reviews
"Standard multilevel parking structure. Spots are a bit tight, but manageable. We were able to find a spot on the second floor quickly after entering. Payment was easy with the machines located by the elevators on the ground level. One of the three elevators was out of service, but the wait was minimal each time we went back to the car multiple times that day (Sunday)."
"The garage itself was fine. But one of the attendants was extremely rude. When we tried to exit the garage we called for an attendant with the help button because our ticket wasn’t working. The guy came over and repeatedly said “That’s not our garage’s ticket. Where is the right ticket?”, even though we told him we did not know and were very confused. We clearly said we wanted to pay to exit the garage, but he kept saying “where is your ticket” in a very condescending and rude tone. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this parking garage, and with all the available parking areas, I recommend you find somewhere else as well."
"This is one of our go-to parking destinations when we are on this side of town. Either out for a bite to eat, catch a performance at a theater, or just to get out. Our rate has only been $8/time. I believe their is an option to prepay before you leave here as well if you want to try and beat the traffic. I just wish they would fine people who double park here. Other than that, it's a downtown parking garage."
"Towards the outskirts of town. Convenient though, a bit pricy, but better than getting a ticket from Pittsburgh PA Parking Authority."
"One of the better places to park on the inexpensive side on gameday. I was in town for the Saints game and picked this place, which was easy to get to."
