"Found out the technician installed the rotor incorrectly recently. The left rotor was installed on the right side and right side was installed on the left side. You would guess a shop would know this basic… i would take your car somewhere else, seems they don’t know what they are doing"

"I needed an inspection. Called and talked to someone that said “no problem, bring it in and drop it off tomorrow” so I brought it in the night before. They had ALL DAY to look at my vehicle which is basically brand new as well. Go in at 5pm to pick it up thinking it would be done. After the guy ignored me for about 3 minutes he asked “what do you want?” Said I was there to get my Tacoma, to which he looked confused. It had obviously been moved so someone knew it was there. He said they didn’t get to it yet which to me means they were about to keep it another full day to do the inspection. I took my keys and thanked the man for wasting my time and left. What a loser of a shop. If I could rate them negative stars I would. Don’t tell a customer to bring in a car for a simple inspection and not do it even though it sat there all day."

"I have a 20 year old Toyota with over 200k miles so it requires a little more than routine maintenance. I’ve been jerked around by several mechanics over the years between price gouging and keeping my car for days or even weeks for very basic issues. I started going to Mt Lebanon Auto when I moved to the area a few years ago and Bo always takes great care of me! I’ve gone for my inspection, tires, battery replacement, radiator, the list goes on. He always communicates what the issues are, outlines the price(which is always very reasonable) and gets the job done quick. I’m really grateful I found this this shop."

"I wish I could give a zero star review. I went in at the beginning of the year with issues of my car’s engine giving issues and stalling out. Spent 500 dollars to get this fixed for a whole evap system replacement. Just a few days ago the exact same problems happened again and my car stalled out so I got a second opinion on what it was. Turns out all the evap codes are still there, from what the guy could tell there was a sensor replaced and that’s about it. I come back here to ask them what was going on and to mention everything that was happening and I am automatically met with attitude by Bo. Gaslighting me and telling me I shouldn’t have went somewhere else and getting loud with me. I’m not a confrontational person in the slightest but after this interaction it had me fuming. I will never step foot back in this establishment because not only do they not respect the vehicles that comes in, they obviously don’t respect to mind their tone either when talking to a woman."
