"First off, they are SO patient with me. They have dealt with my hormonal pregnancy yelling and crying and still work on my car. We need it for traveling to all these historic spots, and they’re the quickest in town. When I make an appointment, they honor the appointment. I appreciate that so much. Since we have a Highlander with over 250k miles on it, and our kids cry when we talk about getting rid of it like we’re euthanizing a beloved pet or something, it needs repairs often, and I would rather my money go to a small family business. They’re trustworthy and good people. Their work is solid."

"My wife noticed her tire going flat on the parkway and pulled over and went to Snyders they were ready to leave for the day and stayed and tried to repair her tire. The plug wouldn't work so she had to leave the car and one of the snyder brothers lives close to us and rode her home. They repaired the tire next day and we are in good shape now.
