I called and spoke with Mike to schedule an appointment for an oil change, state inspection, and a “weird humming noise”. He suspected what the issue was with my Subaru by my description alone! He then called and kept me informed regarding the cost, the ordered parts, etc. Not only was my car fixed, but I was even able to pay online before picking it up.
