"Be me. Go on a nice, expensive date night with the woman of my life. Used plastic to pay, no problem. Everything looks good. Head back to garage, insert parking ticket to pay. Managed by Alco parking. Used same plastic. No response, spit ticket back out. Tried plastic again, no luck. Declined. Starting to sweat. Woman notices. Tried plastic again. Again, decline. Woman grows impatient. Tried another plastic. Also declined. Woman pulls plastic. Swipe, success. Did not get lucky tonight because of Alco parking. PS, fix your machines and accept cards, Alco parking."
"I would recommend it simply for it's location in the Pittsburgh Downtown district. It is located across from the T station and it's close to downtown theatres, eateries, shops, events at Market Square. It's prime parking for Light Up Night, First Night, Pickleburgh, Arts Fest, etc. For Steeler / Pirate games, Concerts it is a 1 stop drop off from the Gallery T station. For those that don't have parking passes for the lots at Acrisure Stadium or PNC Park, it is ideal. It is a reasonably priced, but older parking garage. Some find it hard to maneuver but I think it is worth it."
"I recently parked here for a Pirate game. There was far less automobile and pedestrian traffic surrounding this garage than the North Side garages. It was well lit, clean, and convenient. I definitely recommend this place for sporting events."
"super cramped ancient parking garage -- it's possible to park in this garage and ultimately I didn't have any trouble. if you're staying at the hotel it's worth the convenience. but, given it's the same price or more expensive than others around, and it's the worst one in downtown, I'd recommend another one."
"If I could give less than 1 star I would. We parked here for Light Up Night. We parked on the top floor and when we went to leave, we sat in bumper to bumper traffic inching along for 2+ hours because they continued to allow cars into the garage even though there were no spaces left. Cars coming into the garage were literally blocking cars from leaving the garage. Not only did we waste 2+ hours, but I was also charged for that time while we were stuck in the garage waiting. I ended up paying $18 to park from 6-8 and then being stuck in the garage from 8-10:30. Absolute embarrassment of an establishment, will never use this garage again. Don’t give them your time or money."
