"Paying after pirates game is horrible! Long lines.. super hot.. 2 pay machines.."

"The people working here have NO IDEA what they're doing. We go to pull in, car two cars ahead of me gets stuck at the ticket gate, couldn't get a ticket, so we sat there for easily 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to come. They finally get it figured out. Next car goes no problem, then I come up to the gate and the guy looked at me and was like "Cars this nice park don't pay for parking, they park for free" and then handed me a ticket to what I thought was a voucher, so I was like man that's awesome, I appreciate it! I go watch a few innings of the Pirates, go to leave, voucher/ticket doesn't work, so of course I call into the assistance and was like how it's not working, it's giving me an error. SAME GUY comes up and says, "Where's your credit card? I never said it was free". Bro, I literally have you on camera telling me I didn't have to pay. Now get get me wrong, I never once expect anything free and I'm not that kind of person to expect others to wait on me or anything like that, but when you tell me I don't have to pay, I expect I don't have to pay, that simple. But for the guy to just blatantly lie to me is uncalled for, if you want to see the video I will gladly post it, but I didn't see anyway to "attach" anything to this post. And the fact the garage looked and felt like it was about to collapse was insane. So much construction and loose/broken material laying everywhere was so sketchy."

"Parked to go to the Steelers game. Rates for 12 hrs was more than reasonable. the walk to the stadium was less then 10 min. Looking forward to traveling this summer to a Pirates game and parking here again as parking is also a short walk to the Ball Park"

"I really do know how I feel about leaving my car here. I am scared to see what my car will look tomorrow but this where the hotel told me to park my car. Hopefully a security guard is walking around. Hopefully paying is easy tomorrow."

"Parking attendants were happy to tell you how to pay your ticket but then abandoned the garage before the end of the event. No assistance in directing customers. They also raised the price in the middle of event. It has taken an hour and a half to make it down 4 floors. Do NOT recommend!"
