"Hopped into a bay to wash my car and was extremely disappointed. Most of the chemicals were empty and sputtering. Pressure was good but water was always cold. What made the experience worse was when I got into my car the atrocious smell of the sewer gas that had entered from the drains that are unkept under the bags and could not get out of my car for a good 15 mins. Will no longer patron deans"

"This has to be the most useless automatic car wash anywhere. Took my car through with $11 basic wash and it's looked like it hadn't been touched. Called the phone number and to their credit someone did answer immediately and offer me the $18 wash free of charge. I took my car back through and even with the $18 wash it still looks like it hadn't been touched. This is nothing but a rip off and their automatic wash should be closed until they can get it to actually work. I am giving them a bonus star for at least answering the phone on the weekend."

"Who even reads car wash reviews. but if its you, don't use your card for the self wash charged me $15 for 4 minutes which should've been like $4"

"On 09/18/23 @10am I pulled into use the Dean Auto Wash. I was completely shocked to find that there were small and large screws, bolts, broken glass, multiple razor blades all over the surface of the car wash. I can't believe and establishment like this would not clean out these car wash stalls. They're absolutely filthy and I will not be using this car wash again and I hope to God I don't have a flat tire when I go out to my car again."

"Average at best. Paid $21 for the highest level wash plus bug wash (front end had some bug residues). The car was clean but there was still a large amount of solid bug chunks all over the front of the car. This wash might be good if it’s just rinsing off surface dirt but it’s a waste of money for much else. Probably won’t be going back sadly. Had hopes after reading some of the other reviews."
