"This was a great experience highlighted by the Pittsburgh newspaper "collection" displayed at the top of the incline. Could have spent hours there if we had more time. Biggest complaint is lack of a reasonable method to pay admission for the ride: They don't accept credit cards, must have exact change, change machine that won't accept anything higher than a $10 bill, etc. Join this century's payment methods!"
"Fun way to see more of Pittsburgh! Be sure to bring exact cash and change for the ride up and back. The views on the way up and once you reach the overlook at the top are great and totally worth the ride to see. Grab a drink at the Steel Mill Saloon and enjoy the view!"
"Convenient parking lot located a short walk away from the Duquesne Incline lower station. Easy access from Lincoln Highway. Parking was $8 for two hour paid by kiosk. There are three machines, but only one was accepting credit/debit cards that day...the other two would give error messages. Large and safe lot. After going up to the top incline station, I saw that there is cheaper (or free) street parking along Grandview Avenue and surrounding side streets."
"Great way to see the skyline. Fyi; the stairs have tons of rust on them. The cars themselves don't have fans inside. Parking is 8 dollars at the bottom of the incline"
"Beautiful view of downtown, I love that it runs about every 5 minutes and is a peaceful ascent and descent in a vehicle that you can literally step back into times when things were slower. I highly recommend!!"
