"I enjoy all the different public areas available and love the apartment. As I took residence I was greatly helped by Micah. Imani has been great as well, always happy to see her when coming home late."

"When I moved into my apartment it was never cleaned from the last tenant and all I got was "what do you want us to do about it?" I'm a rude tone. Management does less than the bare minimum. 50% of work orders will be immediately resolved as closed or sit unattended and closed later. Management also claims residents are considering when individual reports of noise and rotten, bile smells are impacting their regular living and say we could be evicted instead of taking time and resources to address the issue themselves. I would have talked to the resident myself but they also said we could be evicted for that. Lastly they don't prioritize their elevator maintenance. Since I moved in 6 months ago, an elevator has always been broken. Another has a program issue where it doesn't go to at least 25% of the floors and they refuse to fix it. As you can see, they barely care for the residents and would rather put their time and money into the bar, coffee shop, and breakfast place customers than the actual tenants. The only reason I'm giving a single star is because the front desk staff are lovely. I can't speak for the rest of the Flats, but definitely don't stay at The Lawrence House unless you have no other option financially and even then be ready to have to fight to get your apartment in basic living condition."

"Fast and easy check-in with nice floor plans and amenities. I checked in after office hour due to work, front desk person got lunch so nobody there to assist about an hour. The apartment I got was a bit dusty but not a major concern. Overall, really nice place and location with buses, the L, groceries and restaurants!"

"I got locked of my apartment two times and both of the time Ron helped me. He was so helpful and fixed the issue. He is extremely nice, friendly and proactive, one of the best customer service I had. Thank you again Ron!"

"I have had a great experience living at the Lawrence House since August of 2023. I have enjoyed the amenities such as the fitness center and indoor pool. Renata, the property manager, is always great at communication, always sending emails and follow ups to residents. Muhammad who also works in the leasing office, conveniently on the lower level, has always been helpful assisting with questions or concerns. The maintenance people are very prompt with responding to people as well. I recently had Jim, one of the maintenance guys, come and work on fixing my sink and replacing my oven drawer, he was very friendly and did a great job with fixing the sink and replacing the drawer quickly and effectively. Very hospitable people at The Lawrence House who are passionate about making sure you have a pleasant rental experience."
