"Ms MJ is the nicest person I met here!!! She's the reason for the 5 stars!!! Rooms don't have microwaves, no free breakfast, actually breakfast was $18 each, and you have to pay for parking at the hotel your already paying for."

"They make you to pay $20 for a parking lot they own, it’s highway robbery. You to pay through a third party app that gathers and likely sells your information instead of just allowing you to pay an additional $20 outright on your bill. They clearly do this to make the hotel price seem less than what it actually is. Notice how most of the recent reviews are 1 star reviews. Stay somewhere else."

"This is an old hotel and it shows it in every way. Rooms were dated and smelled a little funky. The receptionist at check in was extremely rude and tried to over charge me for everything. First when I arrived at 2:45pm, she claimed that there was an early check-in charge but after getting my IHG number she didn't. Unfortunately then she informed me of a $21/day parking charge. Which wasn't that way when I stayed there in Oct. Nor was there any mention of a parking charge either while booking the room. If it weren't for already booking it and my flight the next morning, I would not have stayed. With the old building, outdated rooms which were very loud, and the extremely rude staff, I would never recommend staying here. In fact, stay away at all cost!!!"

"Not the best neighborhood but what you expect by the airport. The staff was great. The room looks recently renovated. The hotel in general has a weird smell. We were out all day and only here to sleep so can't sleep to any of the food options, etc"

"The rooms were the only good part about this hotel. Not only was the staff rude but upon repeated calls to the front desk to call our shuttle from the airport, there was no answer resulting in us paying for an excessively expensive Uber in the middle of the night. Not only did they not answer the the phone when trying to get a shuttle (after repeated attempts) but when trying to receive our luggage the next day was met with rude customer service from the front desk and an excessive wait to get our bags. With 2 people ahead of us checking in we waited almost 45 minutes just to pick up our bags. However, the rooms were clean and that’s probably he only thing that I can’t complain about."
