"(Late May 2024 update: This review is a little late in creation-- life got in the way -- but I wanted to ensure that I got this completed through to fruition because of the wonderful individuals that Alex and Sanda are and how they've always taken solid care of me as a customer.) This convenient location (located a stone's throw from Carnegie and about 10 minutes from Settler's Ridge) is maintained by Alex and Sanda, 2 of the most courteous, knowledgeable and helpful professionals in the business. This past winter (2023) was my 3rd consecutive year in utilizing the storage unit as seasonal vehicle garage protection and I couldn't have experienced greater peace of mind that my ride was in safe hands over the harrowing winter weather months than I did stowing it away at EZ Storage - Greentree. Shout-out to Alex for also going above & beyond in assisting me with clearing the car's exit point from the garage with wooden ramps on several occasions, appreciate you, sir! In addition, in late February 2024 (and just as I was getting ready to vacate my ride from the premises), I encountered a bit of a stumbling block as I witnessed my car battery die out from about a month's worth of inactivity during the snow dump & subsequent subzero January slate of temps a month prior. True to form, Alex was on-the-spot and there to remedy the situation with an overnight trickle charger in the garage unit in order to siphon the requisite juice into my battery so that I could bring my ride home the very next afternoon! Goes to show you the focused, customer-driven attention to detail and extra mile that these fine folks go to help others...I recommend them fully for your storage needs. I give Alex and Sanda the utmost maximum ratings & regards for their exemplary customer service and open, honest communication; looking forward to throwing them some repeat business again come Winter 2024.
