"Simply the WORST. We bought all of our appliances for our new kitchen from them out of the desire to support a small business. Aside from storing our appliances (after we paid for them in full) until our kitchen was done (taking longer than we expected- not their fault by any means), they were simply terrible. Not only are our stainless steel appliance finishes from the same brand mismatched without any notification or troubleshooting (they indicated that somehow we should have known without even floor models for reference), they were installed improperly. To avoid their rude customer service, we called the manufacturer and paid out of pocket to fix their mistakes. VERY long story short, choose somewhere else."

"Mumma's is always knowledgeable and professional to work with. We have one of those less than charming "this old house" with a lot of bad work that was done by someone that fancied themselves a great handyman. We were really worried about what we'd find when we removed the old appliances and even if we could find replacements that would fit the space. Mr. Mumma came to our house in person and measured everything to ensure what we wanted would fit. Next I was worried about we would find when the old ones were removed to install the new floor and, indeed, found that they were hard wired in. Mumma's put our mind at ease that our dishwasher install would be no problem. They swept in and took care of all of it, also installed the new range. Everything perfect! This isn't the first time we purchased an appliance from them, and it won't be the last! They make it so easy!"

We we told 1 to 1:30 and they arrived at 1:15. Our appliance was installed and we were back to work quickly. So much better than “sometime in the morning or afternoon.” I have had one of those “afternoon appointments” that arrive at 7pm!?!?.
