"Mr. Foor was a great salesman! We walked in, he greeted us, and showed us right where we needed to go. He left us to discuss the chaise amongst ourselves after he explained the details. We went back the next day and completed the purchase with him. This is the third major purchase we’ve made from Park and we are not disappointed!"

"My mother bought a high-end Wolf range. it cost more than $7000. We ordered it in October. It was supposed to take a month but it took two and a half months. Not Park Home’s fault but everything since then has been. They only deliver to our area on Thursdays. No idea why. They won’t deliver if there is any snow or ice in driveway. They were supposed to deliver the stove last Thursday but we had too much ice. They rescheduled for this Thursday. I spent three days de-icing my driveway. Sean and Tanner showed up this morning with the stove but Terry never showed to install it. He claimed nobody told him. The store claimed they told him. So Sean and Tanner took the stove back to the store. They said they would come back next Thursday. Of course it is going to snow again next Tuesday so I guess I will be doing more shoveling. Sean and Tanner were nice and this isn’t their fault. My question is—is there even a manager at this store and do any of these people ever talk to each other. You would think Park Home would want to give better service especially for high-end products. I am hoping that we will actually get the stove next Thursday. We will not be buying anything from Park Home in the future. Too much disorganization and incompetent management."

"Service tech Chuch was awesome, Ryan the appliance manager listened to my concerns and hopefully addressed them and Diane or Diana at the maintenance service desk horrible, when a customer is frustrated because they are told they are on the schedule and you are saying they are not, you need to handle yourself so much better, we understand you may not be the one who did it but you are the one who needs to fix at the moment and your tone of voice is everything in customer service 2 weeks have gone by for a part that was to take 5-7 business days and there was absolutely no communication to let me know it would take longer, nothing obviously was addressed with Diana because she is still the rudest customer service person i have dealt with and if she doesn’t like what you say she just hangs up on you, as for Ryan and Chuck still amazing job but I will be telling everyone my experience for an item that was just purchased in July and I believe must be a lemon because 2 service calls already and we do the sale laundry we have always done. As for communication you guys should do better again and you only have one service tech stop telling your customers that because that is a you problem not a me problem, that is either about pay, hours or maybe the way they are being treated but not a me problem . Try and do better for customers"

"I purchased furniture on Black Friday. My sales experience in store with Scott was great. He was knowledgeable on their offerings and answered all my questions honestly and thoroughly. The furniture took a little bit longer than I anticipated to come in( by like a week and a half) but with the supply chain issues the nation is facing and the Holidays being sprinkled in there, it realistically could have been a lot worst. The furniture is of fantastic quality. Ryan the delivery guy, was so sweet and helpful. They were so careful when bringing in the furniture which meant alot considering it was a muddy mess outside and the furniture was extremely heavy and hard to maneuver. He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with everything before he left. He even loaded my old furniture into a truck so my mom and I didn't have to struggle with it. His service was absolutely exceptional. I will absolutely use Park Home again and would recommend them to anyone!"

"Needed a new washer and dryer for the first time in 27 years! Salesman knew his appliances!! Helped me choose what was best for me and my needs, wasn’t pushy. We ordered and then the warehouse called to set up a delivery date. I received confirmation the day before delivery via text and the morning of delivery, I was updated on their arrival via text. The delivery guys were so nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Definitely deserves 5 stars!!"
