"It’s hit or miss if they have what I’m looking for. Even if you look on the app before you go, it will say it’s in stock then you get there and can’t find it. Also they got rid of all the regular registers and only have self check out. I don’t mind self checkout in general and usually prefer it, but sometimes you have a lot of items or specialty items that need to be input in a way that self checkout won’t allow. It’s nice to have at least one regular register for when those things occur."
"If I could do 0 stars review I would! The delivery guys were extremely late. They rushed bringing the washer and dryer in, which caused damaged. After, they tried to install it, they damaged my sewer line and caused a whole flood!!!! They tested the washer and it was water ALL OVER MY BASEMENT. It damaged all of my personal belongings/flooring. It is feces all over my floor from the sewer pipe. The delivery guys were rushing just to go home that they improperly installed my stuff!!!!! Still waiting to see if I can get some type of funds for the money I had to pay for a plumber/cleaning company. I will never used LOWE’S AGAIN"
"This is the best Lowe's in the area. They have friendly staff and plenty of products to choose from. Spring is in the air here! 1-2-22: found the garage door springs I needed in stock with the safety cables. Mine was rusted and about to break."
