"Convenient for a quick pick up & location. Usually have to go to Home Depot for this store doesn’t carry certain items or Royobi products. Otherwise, the store is clean. They just need to hire people who have EXPERIENCE in many departments ie plumbing, electrical, hardware etc. note: college student’s and others hired & have no idea what is needed for home improvement repairs or projects. Basically the reason for 3 stars."

"Had ordered a dishwasher and install. Wife took a day off work on the scheduled date. Tech got to store to pickup and they couldn't find it so install was postponed. An hour later it was found. Had to re-schedule, go another week without one, and take another day off due to their inability to locate a dishwasher....not exactly a small appliance. They didn't seem to care about this impact on me. Doubt i return to lowes for my next appliance need."

"What a bargain! Lowe’s always has the nicest seasonal plants and flowers and some can be a bit pricey. BUT…when they have a sale they do it up right. Yesterday I came across clearance planters and flower baskets for $1 each. I bought five of them and with tax the total was $5.30. Check out my fabulous haul on the flatbed, last photo. I recommend looking through the clearance sections of this store as their deals are super good, especially as a season comes to a close. Thank you, Lowe’s Brookhaven!"

"THEY DONT TAKE APPLE PAY/ ANY DIGITAL PAY OR TAP TO PAY. Went in for some spray paint yesterday and I had a hard time finding exactly what I was looking for. Circling aisle multiple times I decided to ask an employee for help and she pulled a box of the spray paint I was looking for ! I know cómprate stores put out their most expensive products to make bank but why not have these better priced products to build long term customers . The spray paints that we’re on display ranged from $3-$20. The Black Flat spray paint I was looking for was $1 and some change . ! Build a rack for them guys. On another note, they don’t take Apple Pay, google pay, no payment with a tap in general! So I had to call my cousin to run into the store to bring me my card to pay for the item, I turn around to pay at the self checkout and an employee had cleared my screen so that someone else could use the machine I was at even though there was a whole other machine right next to it ! Unbelievable! It was still a quick check out , but I just couldn’t believe how rude that was ."
