"This place is only worried about making money and does not care about customer service. When I initially rented I got a special discounted rate. When they called me to confirm the rental I was told that I was able to pay a couple months up front to lock in that price. I was never told how early I had to do it. When I got there to move in I inquired about paying upfront for a few months I was told I needed to do it the same week I book the unit which I was never told. Because I didn’t do that I was possibly subject to a price increase. When I communicated to the man that I was not informed of that he said that that wasn’t his fault and that if he were the one on the phone he would have told me about it. He also told me “that’s just capitalism.” Luckily whenever he checked I was not scheduled for a price increase so I paid 8 months in advance. Be warned that if you want to move out early or stay longer then what you pay up front you can not get a refund and you cannot extend what you have already paid for. Whenever the time came around for me that I had to start paying month to month my rate double in price. I had to pay $127 for a 5x10 small storage unit. When the due date came I thought I had a card on file already but when someone called me to tell me there was a problem with my payment and there was no card on file I was met with a “you are past due” in a rude tone. My payment was due that day and they give you a 5 day grace period so I don’t really think that was necessary. They day I was going to move out I got another call while I was on the way to make sure I was still coming. It was 11 o’clock in the afternoon so I still had a lot of time to show up. All of this is to say they do not care about the customers. They will only talk to you when they want your money."

"Very accommodating staff and clean facility! Doug made our rental arrangements very easy to complete. He even gave us a tour and showed us how to use access codes, elevators, dollies and locks. We are new to storage rental but so far we are very pleased."
