"I honestly hate this store in Crafton they have the worst team that works there they get new people all the time and every time they're still just as horrible I was sent there to pick up a phone that after I spent hours on hold with their Assurance 360 protection plan people they took my money then they gave it back to me then they gave me credit then they wasted my time by telling me to come get the phone and then say I couldn't have it because the supervisor shouldn't have did it this way which to me is not my problem that's your mistake I never even wanted the phone that I had in the first place when I try to return it when I first bought it 3 Days Later Beavis and Butthead the two kids at work there basically gave me the run around and then 14 days after I try to return it when they said oh you could return it they said oh now it's not under warranty that place is the worst been with them for three decades and now I will be switching"
"I have to say this store is the best I was at the Crafton store 3/3/24 they were all so professional they helped me not only get my phone they helped me get a plan that worked much better for me and my family. I walked away very happy despite the time it took it was a great experience I will definitely be back … Thank you"

"The manager Ray was disrespectful and unhelpful. Repeatedly read my phone bill back to me like I was stupid when he was not listening to the issue at hand. The issue being that I was incorrectly quoted a phone bill and now am paying 80$ more a month than I should be. Ray took no time in forcing me to pay the ridiculous balance on my account, but took no time in actually resolving my issue. I no longer recommend t-mobile, and I recommend this store even less. I was a sprint customer for 11 years. Not after today"
