"I am very unhappy with this travel agency as I booked a trip with four other people, and because they booked the flights to Miami with points the agent only booked my husband and I a flight back to Pittsburgh. That was the excuse from the manager, although he did say she should have booked me a flight to Miami. He also said even though I caught the error and the ticket cost me a substantial amount more because the flights were booked in 2 segments and one was booked much later, they would not correct the mistake because the agent was an independent contractor. I would have been happy with a small courtesy credit but I am very unhappy with absolutely nothing. It was lucky I caught the error as the plane is almost full and I probably would have gotten to the airport and not had a flight. If you use this agency I would double check everything even though I thought the reason for using a travel agency was for confidence and convenience. I would not trust this agency."
