"Excellent and competent service. I'm from Michigan and was on my way back home after visiting my parents in Erie when my laptop decided to go kaput. My Mom and Dad have trusted Justin for years with their tech issues (so grateful for that!) and I took the laptop over there. Tammie greeted me and went out of her way to try to find a solution before we left PA. My schedule wouldn't permit me to wait around but Justin had it fixed in a matter of a day and I was able to pick it up over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. It works awesome! Super professional, courteous, empathetic, fairly priced and knowledgeable. It's a drive from MI but it's beyond worth it!"
