"Advanced auto has been a UPS drop off for a while now I'm there usually 2-3 times a week. Now certain employees are refusing to take packages because they don't feel like dealing with them.. its a matter of scanning the barcode and setting them to the side.. The employees are honestly pretty rude and could use a refresh on customer service. I'm not one to leave many reviews but quit being lazy and do your job."
"Well lit, clean store. I had a battery issue and asked the manager Adam about it. Not only did he immediately honor the warranty, he installed it in my truck, on a cold day, in no time at all. GREAT SERVICE!!"
