"Had a 5 year warranty on my battery that I purchased at a different tire pros out of state. Battery was dead after two years. Had to drop off my car. Left it Thursday at 1 pm. Didn’t get to it till Friday evening. Got the runaround that they had to put the battery on a overnight charge, test the battery, and it tested positive- confirmed it wasn’t the alternator. So Terry said they can’t honor the warranty if it tests positive. Lo and behold- battery dead again in a few days. Needing jumped. Didn’t want my car out for several days again to “maybe” get a prorated replacement. I gave two stars because Terry was kind enough to call me after hours on his personal time to check on me. So that was nice. But still disappointed with the runaround and time it took. So I’m at autozone and had to drop $220 on a different battery rather than dealing with that. I get it, he’s got processes he has to follow for the warranty. But still a major inconvenience. The battery tested bad for AAA when I got jumped and at autozone. So I don’t see why they tested it and said it was good therefore could not replace it. Would recommend against tirepros and especially their warranties now. I bet terry would’ve possibly replaced it at a discount if I went back. But I sure don’t have the time or the “possibility “ to find out"

"This establishment was absolutely fantastic ,we have a rv and needed 10 ton jack for the tire to be replaced these guys are great fast and gets the job done on the way out we where ready to Pay and the guy stepped out and said all good. Wow what a blessing to have such great customer service. We will be back to purchase 6 new tires .Thanks"
