"Poor customer service at this location. Had an employee recently carry on a tirade and voice his opinion when I wasn't even talking to him. Have already reported this to corporate with no response yet. Yesterday I tried to speak with store manager. Called at 11:30 A.M. and left my phone number. It is the next day and no phone call back. I believe this company does not care about their customers."
"Google maps said it was open till 11 pm tonight Christmas hours and Gate is up at 10 pm. Was gonna give five stars but now one. Thought they were open later than macys and JCP"
"Boscov's is a great place to go for small appliances and clothes. They have a large selection of fragrances and jewelry as well. It's a great place to shop during the holidays and they always have special sales each week in their flyers. Boscov's is a great place to cover all of your holiday shopping bases."
"Nice department store with generally acceptable prices. Everything is "on sale" 99% of the time so I would ignore most of the sale signs and treat everything as if it's just the normal price. Good selection of brands, actually decent men's section offerings as well. Can find some phenomenal end of season deals on primarily women's clothing. Regularly has end of season 2$ racks. Sometimes products are on clearance but not properly listed, so if you really like something I recommend price checking it in case it has a hidden sale."
