"I refuse to disclose the woman's name that answers the phone, but she always sounds like you're inconveniencing her. The parts are a decent price, but the hassle of dealing with someone that clearly doesn't want to assist you has made me shop exclusively with Nu Way down the street. Update: That previous woman is no longer an issue. Another woman works there and she knows EVERYTHING about cars. She's a genius car person. Prices are way competitive as heck now. I love this place."

"This place is great. I thought I was going to spend over $100 on matching car paint. It was a fraction of the price (for more than a drop, too) and they whipped it up right there. And it matches very well. I got some for our CR-V to get some scratches done as well. You may not even have to wait because they have pre-made pens of more popular colors/car makes and models. They also had great advice and weren't pushy for sales at all. I'll gladly use them again."
