The current battery in my vehicle, which was not purchased & installed at AutoZone, was the wrong one for my vehicle therefore causing a loose terminal. Levi quickly identified the problem and was incredibly helpful to determine which battery was compatible. From the moment we walked in the door, installation & check out it was a very good experience."

The guy is LUCKY that I have more patience for jerks like him, than he has for people with disabilities.
