"I had my first experience with Urbach Memorials in 2005, when i had my father's monument made. At that time, Steve, the son of the founder (Joesph) was still involved in the business. He was particularly helpful with details and very "customer service orientated". Steve had sold the business to Rock of Ages. Heath now operates the business in the same manner as Steve did. This is not a "budget minded' business. However my experience proved that you do get what you paid for. The quality of work, attention to detail and patient assistance justified the cost. Also i have peace of mind knowing that with the Rock of Ages warranty, the monuments i had made for my dad, and for my mother (Sept '14), are forever warranted. There is a small Rock of Ages logo inscribed inconspicuously on the stone. If the monument has a defect such as a crack, anyone in the future can notify Urbach Memorials (or Rock of Ages), and the stone will be replaced.
