"I called and set up a time for them to come and give us an estimate. They asked to reschedule after saying they were coming soon because "someone call out on me today". Set up a time for the next day. I gave them our address (in a group text with my husband) and they said they'd be a little bit late because our house is on the east side of town- their website doesn't say they work exclusively on the south side. Three hours after the scheduled time, they still had not shown up, we've tried calling and texting and they are not responding to either of our calls or texts. Very unprofessional."
