"The best part for me of using L and M Motors is always their dedication to great customer service. This time around I had a windshield wiper issue - not only did they give me suggestions for things I could try at home to attempt to fix it - sometimes it's as simple as tightening a couple of bolts - they got me in pretty quickly to do the repair, diagnosed it and had it done in a few hours. Since I didn't have a ride or anything to do with my day, I simply hung out in their lobby with a book and my phone - I was checked on regularly to make sure I was doing good, given updates regularly on where things were at, and will be back for the next thing I need done. If you're looking for a repair/maintenance shop that doesn't have a drop of oil on the floor-not for you; but if you're someone that knows what mechanics do, and appreciate straight forward feedback on the state of your vehicle and realistic outlines/timelines of what it is going to take to get it to the ideal point you've outlined-(AC is important....or not)- they listen, communicate and make it happen. They respect/support Military-(ask about the discount)- and are close to the airport-( for any number of conveniences). It's my AK go to for the vehicle that lives there! After 3 other tries years ago, they're my go to. Only wish I'd found them sooner!!"
