"I got a flat near the end of the day on the weekend. I was able to drop off my tire and pick it up the following Monday. They mounted it for me and returned the spare to its storage under my vehicle at no extra charge. I was very pleased with their service and friendly attitude."

"Went in for brake pads, calipers, and rotors. I start driving home and later that evening I notice my wheel was wobbling outside of the wheel well. I jacked up the truck and instantly the tire started dangling. I took the hub cap off and 4 lug nuts were completely off and one was almost off. Complete negligence and put my life, others, and my truck in danger. Can’t believe they left me leave the shop with my wheels in such condition. Disappointed. I have a video and wish I could post that too. Just absolutely baffled. Someone from Midas needs to reach out to me."

"I heard great things about this place. One of the things I needed done for sure was my tire pressure. Upon check in I was told that I would have to pull into bay 8 to get my tire pressure done after my appointment. That sounded like a disservice. Whatever figured I would figure it out when I picked up my car. Once I received my car’s diagnosis I was so confused. My horn had a green check as it works. My horn hasn’t worked in 3 years. That is so easy to test…… just push it. I spent over $900 in repairs and I really hope they fixed it properly. I mean they tested the horn and it worked. I most likely won’t go back! I feel like they aren’t honest! I will say Fred was extremely nice and made the whole experience better."

"I popped in on a Saturday morning because my heat shield was torn from the snow. Dawn was very thorough and informative. They quoted me a price that was reasonable and Leo not only repaired it within 15 minutes. He educated me on what I needed to do moving forward. I highly recommend Midas midtown."

"I had a driver side lower ball joint catastrophically fail on my 2003 Tacoma. Conveniently I broke down 900ft from a Midas shop, so I had it towed there for the repair. Midas did a good job replacing the broken joint and I also had them replace the passenger side ball joint for good measure - both new high quality greasable lower ball joints. They inspected for any other damage, but they reported no other repair needs; I was lucky since it failed while I was stopped at a stop sign, so my steering linkage and CV axle were spared from any high-speed destructive forces. My truck repair was turned around in a day and a half, so pretty good given how busy Midas was during this crazy winter storm; my truck must have been buried under a foot of snow while it sat in their lot overnight before they got it in their shop for repair. They didn't charge me for the extra complication of getting it into one of their work bays from its non-drivable state. I got charged exactly what they first quoted me, and I was good with that. Everything works great now. Steering also now feel WAY smoother (I guess those ball joints were pretty bad). Very happy. Thank you Midas. I will recommend this shop to others."
