"I needed suspension work on a 23 year old Caravan pronto, so I could use my yuppie pickup truck to haul my art to craft venues. Tire changeover season eliminated the usual big dealers and chain operators. An independent shop in Palmer was friendly, but could only serve me on the day I needed the vehicle. Anchorage Auto took my car 10 days earlier than the Palmer shop and completed shock replacement the same day I dropped off. This friendly, competent and, perhaps under utilized, shop offers great service. They have a family friendly, cozy waiting area. This shop will be my first choice for service needs for the Caravan. Sorry for the delayed review, but I have been busy hauling my photography around to fairs."
